Room service was timely and delicious. Bathroom had steam room within shower plus heated toilet seat and towel warmer. Mountain and lake view from king suite balcony was beautiful. Front desk brought us a fan at our request.

Location is close to Gondola for skiiing, but in a quiet location set a few blocks back from the busy Main Street. Outdoor hot tub each evening was fantastic, even when surrounded by snow. Hot chocolate station in lobby was a great touch. Shuttle bus was brilliant and made life so easy.

The 2 adjoining rooms we had were beautifully outfitted with amenities. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was lovely. The property was so quiet at night it contributed to great sleep. Every single staff member with whom we interacted were so welcoming and friendly, from the desk staff to valets to restaurant staff. We all enjoyed massages in the spa and they were outstanding, ranking in the best we ever had. Dinner at Jimmy’s was delicious and included a range of amazing options along with a great selection of wines. The location was perfect for exploring downtown as everything including the gondola were within walking distance.

The staff members, from the welcoming faces at the front desk to the attentive restaurant servers and the knowledgeable van driver, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to provide valuable information and assistance throughout our stay, enhancing our overall experience with their warmth and helpfulness. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully cozy, and offered a stunning view of the mountains and water from our balcony. The fireplace added a delightful touch, and the luxurious bathroom shower and jet tub were a wonderful bonus. I would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Liked the lakeview room which was directly across from a main beach. The staff did replenish towels as needed and made the bed everyday if asked.

Excellent hotel with great staff and amazing food. It overlooks lake tahoe so you can literally wake up a d have coffee on the balcony with a splendid view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and they allow dogs which is the biggest plus for us. I can't say enough about the excellent food at Jimmys restaurant.. the entire experience is worth it.

The room was fantastic, with an in-room fireplace, balcony, glass shower, jacuzzi tub, mini-fridge and sink, and lots of space. The location was great, right next to the beach, with beach access for guests, and there was a shuttle available to take you anywhere nearby at a moment's notice. There was nice fruit-infused water in the lobby. Bikes were available at no cost, with helmets, to go anywhere further than the shuttle range. All of the staff were super friendly.

Great view of the lake , heated bathroom floor and heated toilet seat , jacuzzi bathtub! Very clean , comfortable bed!
